Ingredients

  • 1 feta cheese
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon cream or milk
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • some oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta and mozzarella in a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix everything together well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, distribute half of the batter on the pan and cover it over low heat. After about 5 minutes, turn and fry on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Do the same with the rest of the batter, serve warm.
