Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 100 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda
  • 100 g couscous
  • water, according to package instructions
  • some vegetable stock, instant
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini, potatoes and onions into small pieces and place in a saucepan with the broth and salt. Fill up with 400 ml of water and bring to the boil, then simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes, then puree.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the couscous with a little broth in another pot according to the instructions and then add a small piece of butter.
  3. Distribute everything on 4 plates and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
