  • 3 onion (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 5 teaspoons oatmeal
  • Oil, for frying
  • salt
  • Turnip tops (beet syrup)
  • 150 g pumpernickel

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes. Dice the onions. Mix the eggs and oat flakes with the potato mixture. Salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry small pancakes from 1-2 spoons of the potato mixture on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Finely grate the pumpernickel.
  4. The pancakes are coated with the turnip tops and sprinkled with the pumpernickel.
  5. Applesauce is perfect as a side dish.
