  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 pack ham (salmon ham)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • some butter
  • Hollandaise sauce
  • baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends. Roll out the aluminum foil (double) and place the asparagus on top.
  2. Drizzle the asparagus with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and pour over the coarsely chopped garlic. Squeeze half a lemon and pour the juice onto the asparagus. Finally, put a few flakes of butter on top.
  3. Fold the aluminum foil into a packet and close it tightly. Cook at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
  4. Take the asparagus out of the oven and the packet (careful, steam) and serve. Salmon ham, hollandaise sauce and baguette are enough with the asparagus.
