Ingredients

  • 1 kg asparagus, green
  • 4 slices toast, debarked
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 180 g butter, melt

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus in the lower third and cook in salted water for approx. 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Grate the parmesan.
  3. Crumble toast without the crust (works well with a multi-chopper).
  4. Mix the parmesan and toast.
  5. Place the asparagus in a greased baking dish, pour the grated cheese and the toasted crumbs over it.
  6. Pour the melted butter over it.
  7. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° -220 ° for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.
