Ingredients

For the marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) pizza seasoning or fresh, chopped rosemary, oregano and thyme
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 3 drops lemon juice

Moreover:

  • 2 turkey steak (s) (turkey minute steaks)
  • 0.25 ¼ zucchini
  • 0.5 ½ paprika
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix the mustard, tomato paste, oil, spices, lemon juice and honey together well. Peel the garlic, cut into fine slices and then dice. Add to the marinade and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut into 1 cm thick slices and cut them in half. Wash the peppers, remove the casing and cut into pieces approx. 3 x 3 cm. Peel the onion and cut into pieces approx. 2 x 2 cm. Cut the turkey minute steaks into 3 x 3 cm pieces.
  3. Skewer zucchini, bell pepper, turkey and onions alternately as you like on a skewer. Brush the turkey pieces with the marinade and the vegetables with the rapeseed oil. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes, until the turkey meat is done and the vegetables are still slightly firm to the bite. If you don`t like that, cut the zucchini and onions a little thinner.
