Grilled Burrito with Beef and Prunes

Ingredients

  • Beef 100 g
  • Wheat tortillas 1 piece
  • Rucola 30 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 teaspoons
  • Salt pinch
  • Ground black pepper
  • Wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Prunes15 g

Directions

  1. Soak prunes in a separate bowl. In a regular frying pan, lightly heat 1 teaspoon. olive oil. Rinse the beef steak, season with salt and pepper on both sides. Fry in a skillet for 7 minutes on each side. During this time, a crispy crust should form.
