  • 4 port. Redfish fillet (s), Victoria perch, cod or tilapia, each 180 g
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the fish fillets and brush with a mixture of lemon juice and butter.
  2. Grill under the preheated grill for 5 minutes on each side. The fish stays super juicy and tasty.
  3. Rosemary potatoes go well with this.
