Ingredients

  • 300 g reen spelled, round finely
  • 0.75 liter ¾ vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Bring the crushed green spelled with the vegetable stock and the herbs of Provence to the boil and let it soak for 20 minutes. Heat some sunflower oil and sauté the finely chopped onions.
  2. Stir the onions, the beaten egg, flour, oat flakes (when they are roasted, it will be even heartier!), The grated cheese and herb salt into the green spelled mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, turn in breadcrumbs and fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Corn or grated carrots in patty batter are also delicious!
