Ingredients

  • 120 g reen spelled, crushed
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon whole grain crumbs
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 40 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the stock cube and the bay leaf to the boil. Slowly stir in green grain meal and let it swell for about 20 minutes over low heat. Mix in the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Shape 8 flat cakes and fry them in hot fat until crispy.
