  • 1 kg meat (gyros), seasoned
  • 1 leek
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 5 ½ tablespoon processed cheese
  • possibly salt and pepper
  • possibly spice mix for gyros

Instructions

  1. Sear the seasoned gyros meat in the heated pan. Clean the leek, cut into thin rings with the onion and add everything to the pan. Now add the cream, sour cream and the processed cheese. Now let it steep for about 5 minutes over low heat. Possibly Season with pepper, salt and gyros spice.
  2. As a side dish, rice, potatoes, fried potatoes, French fries or noodles, it also tastes pita bread or ciabatta. With a green or mixed salad.
