Ingredients

  • 2 packs meat, (ready-made gyros)
  • 0.5 liter ½ stock, grained
  • 1 packet tomato puree, small
  • 1 cup cream
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 small Can corn
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the gyros, add the rice, broth and tomato puree and simmer gently until the rice is soft. Top up with broth as needed.
  2. At the end, add the cream and corn and let warm. Alternatively, peas or chopped peppers can also be added.
