Ingredients
- 250 g chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey breast or
- pork meat
- 1 small onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 0.5 ½ small carrot (s), possibly
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon spice mixture (grill spice)
- 1 processed cheese corner (cream or paprika flavor)
- 1 cup cream
- 0.5 ½ pack cheese (e.g. Emmentaler), grated

- Cut the meat into fine strips. Halve the onion and cut into half rings, the paprika also into fine strips, if you like, you can also finely cut strips from a carrot with the peeler, there is no effort involved.
- Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with the oil and grill spice. Pour into a saucepan that is already on the stove (it should be warm) and fry everything. When the meat is done, add the processed cheese corner and let it melt, then add the cream and let everything simmer a little.
- Put the whole thing in a baking dish in the preheated oven and bake it with cheese at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. I also serve potatoes, rice and / or French fries and a mixed salad or e.g., Beetroot Salad.
