Ingredients
Minced beef – 900 g
Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
Worcestersky sauce – 1 tbsp
Coarse salt
Ground black pepper
Hamburger buns – 4 pcs.
Directions
Preheat your grill to high. Toss the minced meat with mustard and Worcester sauce. Season well with salt and pepper. Gently shape the minced meat into four 2.5 cm thick patties. Grill them (in the hottest part) until golden brown (2-3 minutes on each side). Move the meat to the colder side of the grill and cook until the desired doneness is desired (4-8 minutes on each side).
Slice up the buns and grill them lightly if desired.
