A freshly prepared fish burger is a delicious and satisfying snack any time of the day.

Ingredients
Cod fillet – 4 pcs. (120 g each)
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard – 2 teaspoon
Honey – 1 teaspoon.
Hamburger buns – 4 pcs.
Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
Tomato slices – 4 pcs.
Vegetable oil for greasing the grill grate
Directions
Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice on all sides and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Grease the grill rack with vegetable oil and turn on the grill to preheat to medium temperature.
Place the cod fillet on the oiled wire rack, cover the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until the fish is ready.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Cut the buns into halves and brush the slices with the mayonnaise mixture. Put one piece of fish on the 4 base halves, and on top one lettuce and a circle of tomato, cover with the other 4 halves. Serve the burgers immediately.
