Homemade hamburger is a recipe for a hearty, tasty, and easy-to-prepare dish. For such a hamburger, you need to prepare a beef cutlet and onion sauce.
Ingredients
Fresh parsley (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Extra virgin olive oil – 1/4 cup
Shallots (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
Red wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
Red pepper flakes – 1/8 teaspoon
Garlic (peeled and minced) – 2 cloves
Salt and black pepper to taste
Ground beef – 700 g
Vegetable oil – 5 teaspoon.
Red onion (peeled and cut into rings) – 1 pc.
Hamburger buns – 4 pcs.
How to make a hamburger:

In a bowl, combine parsley, olive oil, shallots, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 3 tablespoons pre-cooked sauce. Mix well. Form cutlets from minced meat, about 2 cm thick.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Pour the onion rings into a preheated frying pan and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 6 minutes. Transfer the fried onions to a plate and cover with foil.
Wipe the frying pan in which the onions were fried with a paper napkin, pour 2 teaspoons of oil, heat over medium heat, and then put the cutlets on a preheated frying pan and fry until brown, about 4-6 minutes on each side. Place one patty in each hamburger bun, top with onions, and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
