Ingredients
- 4 slices cheese (hand cheese)
- 1 small onion (s)
- vinegar
- oil
- Condensed milk or water
- salt and pepper
- possibly caraway seeds

- Cut the hand cheese into approx. 1 x 1 cm thick cubes and place in a bowl. Cut the onion into small pieces and add to the cheese.
- Make a salad dressing with vinegar, oil, pepper, salt and milk (or water) and mix it with the hand cheese (if you like it, you can also add caraway seeds). Let it sit in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
- I prefer to eat fresh bread and butter with it. And of course there is an Äppler to drink.
