Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry from the cooling shelf (roll)
  • 4 large potatoes, waxy
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 15 olives, black, pitted
  • 200 g cheese (Harz or hand cheese)
  • 1 pack bacon, mixed, diced
  • Salt and pepper, coarser from the mill

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet so that the entire sheet is filled. Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into fine slices with a kitchen slicer.
  2. Lay out the potato slices on the puff pastry like fish scales. Spread the onion rings on top. Crush the hand cheese, cut the olives in half and spread them on the baking sheet as well.
  3. Then fry the bacon cubes in a pan a little (doesn`t have to be) and also put them on the pizza. Finally, pepper and salt. Be careful with the salt, the bacon is very salty. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for 40 - 45 minutes.
