Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 130 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 teaspoons quark
  • 150 g hazelnuts, rated and roasted
  • 100 g hazelnuts, shaved (slices)
  • 40 hazelnuts, whole
  • Wafers

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites very stiff and then slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Set aside at least 3 tablespoons of the egg whites for decoration.
  2. Fold the nuts and quark into the egg white mixture and place walnut-sized portions on small (4cm diameter) wafers. Use a piping nozzle to sprinkle small dots on the mountains of hazelnuts and place a whole hazelnut on top.
  3. Bake (dry) at 160 ° / 15 minutes
