Beef heart (slices) – 500 g
Seasonings for meat
Salt
Lemon – 1 pc.
Ground black pepper
Directions
Cut the beef heart into slices, rinse thoroughly under running water. Dry with paper towels. Season with salt, sprinkle with seasoning for meat, let soak for several hours.
Fry on a wire rack over coals or in a grill pan. Can be skewered and fried like a shish kebab.
Serve the beef heart with any sauce. Or simply season with lemon juice and sprinkle well with black pepper. Drink with beer or red wine! Tradition!
