- 250 g flour (wheat flour)
- 2 packs baking powder
- 3 egg (s)
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 teaspoon salt, (lightly heaped)
- 100 g sunflower seeds

- Mix all of the flour and baking powder. With the eggs, quark and salt, first knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with floured hands to form a smooth dough. Knead in the sunflower seeds well.
- Grease the loaf tin (30 cm) and add the dough. Incise the surface several times lengthways.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C) for about 1 ¼ hours. Let the bread cool in the pan.
- Tip: The sunflower seeds can also be replaced with hazelnuts, ham / onion cubes or other items. But you can also leave them out without replacement.
