- 2 slices bread (whole grain)
- 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 small banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon Nutella

- Scrape out the bananas with a teaspoon, then there is quite a good sauce, and fill into a bowl. Mix the quark with Nutella well and then mash everything together and distribute on the bread slices. These are best eaten with a knife and fork.
- Tip: Tastes great on toasted waffles or white bread and melts nicely.
