Ingredients

For the filling:

  • g 1,000 apples, sour, diced
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and zest
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cl calvados

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon milk

For covering:

  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • Butter - flakes
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the filling and let it steep. Make a dough from the dough ingredients.
  2. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the greased pan, spread the apple mixture on top. Mix the remaining dough with 1 tablespoon of milk and pour onto the apple mixture. Then distribute the sugar, cinnamon and butter flakes on the dough. Bake for 60 minutes at 170 ° C in a preheated oven.
