Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large container (preferably a glass) and let it steep for at least 4 weeks at room temperature. Strain, bottle and enjoy ice-cold after a sumptuous meal!
Dark rock candy gives a nicer color, I prefer brown rock candy, dark crust candy or grumpy candy. But white rock candy or brown sugar is also possible.
