Herbal Oil

This oil can be used as a sauce for hot meat or fish dishes. Or simply spread the herbal butter on the bread.

Ingredients

  • Butter, softened – 200 g
  • Parsley greens – 7-10 sprigs
  • Purple basil (regan), fresh – 0.5-1 bunch
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

How to make herbal oil:

Directions

  1. Remove tough stems from parsley. Finely chop the leaves.
  2. Cut the basil leaves in the same way, without the stems.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic.
  4. Mix the spices and add to the softened butter.
  5. Salt.
  6. To stir thoroughly. Wrap the herbal oil in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
