Ingredients

  • 100 g wheat flour type 550
  • 10 g rye flour type 1150
  • 5 g yeast
  • 75 ml water (possibly a little more)
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 50 g ham, smoked, diced
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from flour, salt, yeast and water and let it rise. I always do this in the bread maker.
  2. After the dough has risen, form a flat cake, coat it with crème fraîche and spread the ham on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes at 220 degrees top / bottom heat.
  3. Then you put the finely chopped spring onion over it.
