Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks (from fresh eggs)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 175 g powdered suar
- 200 g cream
- 1 sachet flavor (Orange Back)
- 100 ml brandy

- Beat egg yolks, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in a blender for 10 minutes. Then add the cream and beat for another 8 minutes. Add orange baking and brandy, stir for another 3 minutes and then pour into a prepared bottle.
- Makes about 1/2 liter and keeps well chilled for about 3 weeks.
- Tip: Makes a great gift.
