Homemade Rye Bread on Beer, with Honey (in a Bread Maker)

Delicious and healthy wheat-rye bread on beer, with honey, can be prepared in a bread machine. Homemade bread according to this recipe turns out to be very aromatic, with an extraordinary taste.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour – 170 g
  • Wheat flour – 100 g
  • Beer – 1 glass
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Dry kvass – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Pressed yeast – 20 g
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour beer into the bowl of a bread machine. Pour in rye flour.
  2. Add wheat flour there. Salt. Add honey to the dough. Add dry kvass. There is also vegetable oil. Dissolve yeast in warm water and pour into a bowl.
  3. Place the bowl in the bread maker. Turn on the “Special” mode, in the “Baking control” section, set the “C – dark crust” mode, and press “Start”. Rye bread in a bread maker will be ready in 3 hours and 40 minutes.
  4. Wheat-rye bread on beer, with honey, ready. (Rye bread does not rise as high as wheat bread.)
