  • 2.5 kg pork ribs
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 100 g sugar
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp wine or apple vinegar
  • salt, paprika, pepper
  • 5 cm Ginger

  • Peel the ribs from the film and cut into 2-4 fragments.
  • Cook BBQ sauce. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add spices and fry until brown. Place in a deep saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients. Grate ginger. Boil for 3 minutes. The sauce should be thick and flavorful.
  • Fold the ribs into a bowl and pour the sauce over the top. Massage well and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 C. Line the baking sheet with 3 layers of foil. Lay out the ribs in an even layer. Cover with foil on top, no air.
  • Bake for 1 hour under foil. Then remove the foil, take out the baking sheet and grease with the rest of the sauce. After 20 minutes, remove the ribs, turn the ribs over and coat with sauce. And so do it 3 more times. Bake the remaining 1 hour 30 minutes at 180 C.
