Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg ribs
- 175 g honey
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 cm ginger, finely grated
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ Tabasco
- 3 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons orange (s) - peel, grated

- Cut the ribs into pieces. Place on a large, deep plate. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over them. Roll the ribs in the marinade until they are well covered. If possible, let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Drain the ribs. Put the marinade in a small pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens. Brush the ribs with the marinade and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes until golden brown, brushing with the marinade three to four times.
- Baked potatoes with creme fraiche and green salad go well with this. The recipe is also suitable for the barbecue season.
