A recipe for those who are tired of traditional marinades. Chicken marinated in this honey-mustard marinade has a sweetish honey crust, slight sourness and a pleasant mustard aftertaste. Unusual and quite tasty!
Ingredients
Honey – 1 tbsp
Mustard beans – 1.5 tbsp
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions
I prepare a marinade for chicken kebabs per 1 kg of chicken meat. First of all, you need to squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
Add olive oil, mustard and honey to the chicken. Pour lemon juice over everything and mix well the chicken marinade. Please note that I do not salt the marinade! I add salt just before cooking the meat, so it turns out to be more tender and juicy! The chicken should be marinated for several hours before the marinated chicken is ready for cooking.
