Hot Melted Cheese and Garlic Sandwiches

  • Mayonnaise – 2 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Salt (optional) – to taste
  • Ground black pepper (optional) – to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Black and white bread (loaf) – 9 slices
  • or baguette – 1 pc.
  • Greens – for decoration

How to make hot melted cheese and garlic sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Rub the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Squeeze the garlic to the cheese through a press. Add mayonnaise (I have a homemade one). We drive in the egg. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Spread cheese paste on the bread.
  5. We put it in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. We bake until the cheese or brownish crust of bread melts.
