  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive (vegetable) oil – for frying

How to make hot mushroom sandwiches:

Directions

  1. We start by chopping the onion and mushrooms. By the way, instead of fresh mushrooms, you can use small canned mushrooms or honey mushrooms. Then, of course, you don’t need to cut them.
