- 300 g onion (s)
- 1 cup cream
- Oil (olive oil)
- vinegar

- Clean the inside of the pumpkin, peel and roughly slice or cut into chips-like pieces. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté the onions in olive oil, add the pumpkin meat and heat with it. Pour in a little water and simmer until the pumpkin is firm to the bite, but not soft. Pour in the cream and season with salt and vinegar.
