Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 80 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 200 g butter, cold
  • 100 g jelly (currant jelly)
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, ground hazelnuts, sugar and vanilla sugar, add the cold butter and the two egg yolks. Knead everything quickly into a smooth dough. Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then shape balls approx. 2 cm in size and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make a well in each ball with the handle of a wooden spoon. Inject the currant jelly into the recess. The cookies are baked at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. After cooling, the powdered sugar is sifted over the hussar donuts.
