Ingredients
- 1 large iceberg lettuce
- 150 g crème fraîche (alternatively: sour cream)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sherry, dry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 bunches chives, cut into rolls
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground white

- Clean the lettuce, wash, roughly cut and spin dry thoroughly.
- Prepare a salad dressing with vinegar, sherry, sugar, salt, pepper, chives and crème fraiche.
- Pour over the salad, mix well and serve immediately.
