Ingredients
- 125 g strawberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 250 g quark
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 ml cream
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 kiwi (s)

- Puree the raspberries or strawberries and set aside. Mix the quark, milk, lemon juice and sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Peel the banana and kiwi and puree them together.
- Layer in goblets as follows: 1st layer of pureed strawberries or raspberries, 2nd layer of quark cream and finally kiwi and banana puree.
- Important: Layer in immediately before serving, kiwi has a protein-splitting enzyme that makes the quark taste bitter if the dessert stands too long.
