Apples – 3-4 Pieces
Wheat flour – 350 grams
Butter – 150 Grams

Milk – 150 Milliliters
Egg – 2 Pieces
Salt – 1 Pinch
Baking powder for dough – 2 Teaspoons
Vegetable oil – 1
Vanilla Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
Directions
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, add butter and grind into crumbs. Add sugar (regular and vanilla).
Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes slightly larger than medium.
Add apples to flour and butter crumbs.
Mix everything thoroughly. It is important that the flour component is evenly distributed over the apples.
Drive two eggs into a small bowl and add 150 ml. milk.
Mix eggs with milk, whisking slightly with a fork until smooth.
And now add the egg mixture to the apples with crumbs. Mix quickly.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, spread the thick apple dough in an even layer in it. Sprinkle the top with sugar.
We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes. We check for readiness with a wooden toothpick.
Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool. We cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
