- 700 g plums, cleaned and weihed
- 300 g rapefruit (s), filleted, approx. 3 - 4 pieces

- Mix the plums with the preserving sugar and let stand for a few hours so that they can draw juice.
- Then heat and cook for 3 minutes. Now add the grapefruit fillets and let simmer for another 2 minutes.
- I pureed the jam and then filled it hot into glasses.
- The grapefruit makes this jam less sweet.
