Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 2 cans tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 handful parmesan, grated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 dash cream
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Sauté the onions in it for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and garlic, simmer gently. they then put a small saucepan with some olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Let simmer for another 5 minutes, then puree with the hand blender. Let simmer further.
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. For the schnitzel, whisk the egg with a little cream in a deep plate. Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan in a second plate.
  4. Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper, paprika and dried basil. Turn first in egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the schnitzel for 5-6 minutes, turn and fry for another 4-5 minutes. They mustn`t get too dark.
  5. Season the sauce to taste and serve everything.
