Ingredients

  • 200 g walnuts
  • 150 g chocolate, coffee flavor
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 80 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 cl amaretto
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 g couverture, whole milk
  • 50 g biscuit (s), small amaretti

Instructions

  1. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Break the chocolate and let it melt in a hot water bath. Separate the eggs and set the yolks aside. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the butter, sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time.
  2. Add the melted chocolate, amaretto, walnuts and baking powder and stir. Carefully fold in the egg whites with a whisk. Pour the mixture into a springform pan (26 cm) lined with baking paper.
  3. Then bake at 150 degrees for 60 minutes. Take out and let cool and then remove from the mold.
  4. Melt the whole milk couverture in a hot water bath. Then pour this over the cake and spread the amarettinis on top and press firmly.
