Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the honey. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar to the egg yolk mixture, stir. Carefully fold in the egg whites. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C (faster in a gas stove).
  2. Turn the finished sheet of dough out onto a cloth dusted with sugar or flour, spread it with jam or jam while it is still warm and roll it up immediately.
