Sponge Roll with Cottage Cheese and Jam Cream

The lightest cream in just 2 minutes. The easiest biscuit, in 15 minutes. And your guests will be full and happy!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pieces
  • Sugar – 70 grams
  • Wheat flour – 80 grams
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 250 grams
  • Jam – 6 tbsp

Directions

  1. Biscuit.
    Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Beat the yolks with 1/2 of the total sugar.
  3. Beat the whites with the rest of the sugar + 1 teaspoon. vanilla sugar.
  4. Add all the flour and 1/2 protein to the yolks. Mix gently with a spoon.
  5. Add the remaining proteins. Mix again with a spoon.
  6. Mix gently.
  7. We spread our mass on parchment, level it.
    We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes.
  8. Roll the finished hot sponge cake into a roll, let it cool.
  9. Cream.
    We take cottage cheese and jam, mix and beat with a mixer for 1 minute. The cream is ready.
  10. Greased biscuit cream. We wrap the roll in parchment and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
