Juicy Chicken Breast Cutlets

Very easy to prepare, tender and juicy chicken breast cutlets at home are always a good idea for a main course for lunch or dinner for the whole family. I suggest you try them too!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 1 Kilogram
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Onion – 3 Pieces
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Flour – 100 Grams (approximately)
  • Vegetable oil – To taste (for frying)

Directions

  1. You will need only 3 basic ingredients to repeat this simple recipe for juicy chicken breast cutlets in your kitchen. You can also use a variety of spices, aromatic herbs, and fresh herbs if desired.
  2. First of all, wash the breast, pass it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, cut it into large pieces and also pass it through a meat grinder.
  3. Beat 1-2 eggs into the minced meat. Season with salt and spices to taste.
  4. Stir everything well until smooth. You will get such a tender mince as a result.
  5. Form small patties, roll them on all sides in flour. It is more tender than bread crumbs.
  6. After heating vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry juicy chicken breast cutlets at home over medium heat until golden brown. Before serving, you can lay them out on a paper napkin to remove any remaining oil.
