Juicy Pork Pork (in Foil)

by Editorial Staff

We cook at home very juicy and aromatic pork pork in the oven, in foil. Thanks to correctly selected spices for meat, the boiled pork turns out to be incredibly tasty.

Juicy Pork Pork (in Foil) Instructions

  1. We prepare the ingredients for making pork pork in foil. Peel the carrots and garlic. Cut the carrots into long strips, cut each garlic clove into 3 pieces.
  2. Cut the pork in half, without finishing until the end. Then we cut on both sides. Roughly speaking, we “reveal” the meat, slightly violating its integrity.
  3. Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper, grind well.
  4. Salt the carrots and garlic, mix and put on top of the meat.
  5. Lubricate the top with French mustard.
  6. We wrap the pork like a roll. We bandage the meat with very dense threads (see video).

  7. Put the boiled pork on foil, add a little salt on top, grease with mustard and sprinkle with pepper.
  8. Wrap the meatloaf in foil. Leave for 1 hour so that the meat is well marinated. Then we send the boiled pork in foil to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 1 hour 20 minutes.
  9. Juicy pork pork in foil is ready! We remove the threads and cut.

Bon Appetit!
