Kebab Marinated with Mayonnaise

A simple recipe for pork kebabs in mayonnaise. Perhaps this is not haute cuisine, but the meat is tasty and soft.

Ingredients

  • Pork, pulp – 2.5 kg
  • Mayonnaise – 250 g
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Barbecue seasoning – 1 packet (25 g)
  • Salt (if not in the seasoning) – to taste
  • Wine – how long will it take

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into portions. Peel the onion, cut into rings. Add seasoning, salt, mayonnaise. We mix. Leave the shish kebab in mayonnaise for 6-18 hours.
  2. We string the pickled meat on skewers, alternating with onion rings.
  3. During the cooking process, the kebab should be sprinkled with water, diluted vinegar or weak wine – the meat will be juicier. In addition, in this way we do not let the fire flare up if the coals are not burned out enough.
  4. We fry the kebabs until tender. We fry kebabs intensively (there are lovers), but this is not at all necessary – you can remove them from the coals as soon as a golden crust forms.
  5. You can eat kebabs directly from the skewer, or you can remove them on a plate.
