Ingredients

  • 350 ml kefir
  • 120 g spelled, crushed
  • 400 g flour (wheat flour, type 550)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 ½ point yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dough from all the ingredients. If necessary, add flour or a little water. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. For breakfast rolls, the dough can also be placed in the refrigerator overnight. Then knead again and form 12 rolls. Let rise on the tray for 20 minutes. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 °. Put a bowl of water in the oven when baking. It turns out crunchy, slightly sour rolls that go well with jam.
