Ingredients

  • 1 leg (s) milk goat lamb, approx. kg
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • Seasoned Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the kid`s leg lightly with herb salt and pepper. Cut a roasting tube into the appropriate size, tie one side. Spread the clarified butter in flakes on the bottom of the tube. Quarter the tomato, cut larger eighth and spread it on the ground as well. Place the herb sprigs in the middle. Now lay the kid on this bed and pour the white wine underneath.
