Ingredients
- 2 leg (s) the kid weighing approx. 1 kg
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, dried
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, finely ground
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 ½ kg vegetables (roasted vegetables) diced, e.g., parsnips, carrots, leeks, celery and onions
- 300 ml white wine

- For the marinade, mix the olive oil with paprika powder, coriander seeds, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. It should make a paste. Spread the paste all over the legs and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Place the roasted vegetables with white wine in a deep roasting pan and place the legs on top. Place in the oven for 2 hours and turn the legs and vegetables every 30 minutes.
