Kids Curd Cakes

If your kids are passionate about baking, they’ll love these tender and soft cupcakes. There is practically no hassle with preparing the dough, the ingredients are quite affordable. So let’s get down to business!

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients

  • Fat cottage cheese – 130 gram
  • Wheat flour – 150 grams
  • Butter – 70 Grams
  • Sugar – 150 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Baking powder for dough – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Powdered sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon

Directions

  1. Mix soft butter and sugar, beat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chopped cottage cheese and eggs, beat until smooth. Cottage cheese can be wiped through a sieve, chopped in a blender or simply passed through a meat grinder.
  3. Add flour mixed with baking powder, and beat and stir a little more. The dough should be thick enough.
  4. Grease the baking tins with butter and spread the dough 2/3 of the tins height. This amount of ingredients makes 9-10 muffins
  5. And bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. We check the readiness of the muffins with a dry wooden toothpick.
  6. We take out the cupcakes from the molds, you can put the mold in cold water and the cupcakes will be well removed. Cool muffins completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
